Summary: Pluses: • The reception was very service-minded and took the time to make us feel welcome – they deserve praise for that. • Beautiful and modern hotel with stylish interior design. • The breakfast was good, and the service in the bar was excellent – friendly and proactive staff. • The room was new and nicely decorated. We had a family room of a good size. Things That Could Be Improved: Even though the room had a decent size, it wasn’t really suited for a family – the bed for the children was far too small for two kids. This created some issues, especially because there was only one duvet for them. We ordered an extra duvet, but it arrived without a cover. Additionally, there were not enough towels for four people – and this was a recurring issue throughout our stay. The room was also very noisy – we could clearly hear when other guests flushed the toilet or emptied the shower above us in the morning. The worst experience was at the breakfast buffet, where the staff had served local water that tasted very strange, almost chemical. We brought it up, but they seemed annoyed. Afterwards, they replaced the water, and it tasted normal again – like the other days we were there. All in all, a good stay – but definitely with room for improvement.
