Valerie and Roxane warmly welcome you to this small house a few steps from the beach of Penhors. It is a privileged place for lovers of the sea, surfing, sand yachting and horse riding along the sea.
It is a typical Breton house, unpretentious but offering all the comfort to spend a good holiday as a couple with children or for a group of surfers who want to attack the waves very early in the morning.
You have an east terrace for breakfast and a west terrace for the evening barbecue. The 50 m2 house was renovated in 2010 and consists of a living room with shower room and 2 double bedrooms upstairs.
We have provided everything you need to feel comfortable. Wifi, sunbeds, coffee machine, electric oven, microwave, barbecue, baby chair, satellite TV, kettle, gas cooker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, wood burner, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, electric heating and wood burning fireplace with insert. We do not provide wood. If you need to turn on the heating during the cold seasons, we charge 0,18€ per kWh.
You can do your shopping in Pouldreuzic only 2 minutes away by car and 2 minutes walk from the house is the Penn Ar Bed creperie and the Breizh Armor restaurant which do snack and take away. If you want to learn to surf, you can join the beach club. A 2 hour lesson costs 45€ and a one week course 160€, surfboards and wetsuits provided.
