The finishing is to a high standard with luxury amenities to provide guests with a relaxed and memorable stay. From the moment you step through the front door of the house you will experience a modern and luxury decor you’d expect from a quality guest house. The apartment has a sunset view from the Top floor living & dining area and an outdoor terrace at the back.
The apartment sleeps up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: A double room ensuite with separate shower and bath on the Top floor with a King size bed
Bedroom 2: A double room ensuite with separate shower and bath on the Second floor with a Queen size bed
Bedroom 3: A second double room ensuite on the Second floor with a Queen size bed
Bedroom 4: A single room ensuite with a bunk bed allowing comfortable stay for both kids and adults

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
We have no parking at the property, however:
• You can park on the double yellow line in front of the house, with hazard warning lights on, for unloading.
• We have 1 Parking Permit available, this is for use on the promenade and the main car park by the lifeboat station. These are both a 3-4 minute walk from the apartment. The permit is also valid in any Gwynedd council owned car park as you travel throughout the whole of Gwynedd.
• Free parking behind the house at St Johns Hill which is 1 minute walk away. There are about 10 spaces on a first come first serve basis.
• Free parking is available on Marine Parade but space is limited during peak seasons so you would need to arrive early, or come back late in the evening, for them. Failing this if you can find a space (with no yellow lines) on Marine Road you can also park there.
