This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located on the east side of Torch Lake and is great for larger families. You can also bring or rent a boat and explore the Lower Chain of Lakes which gives you 61 miles of waterways to enjoy. Make lasting memories here at The Lake House. You will never forget Torch Lake!
The Space:
Spectacular sunset views, great swimming and so much more. Sleeps 12. This home has recently been completely remodeled inside. Everything is new!
Getting Around:
A warm and inviting place to gather as a family and enjoy all there is to see and do in the local area of Alden or venture onward to Bellaire, Elk Rapids, or even Traverse City. The area offers quaint shops, dining, challenging golf courses, Short's Brewery in Bellaire (award winning craft brewery), wine tasting on either Old Mission or Leelanau Peninsulas. Sleeping Bear Dunes and Mackinaw City are just an hour and a half drive depending on which direction you decide to go.
Other Things to Note:
We require our renters to be at least 25 years old. No Smoking. No pets. Boat hoist is NOT available to renters. Just mooring anchor.
