Positive: Very friendly welcome and excellent reception staff. Very clean and nicely furnished . Lovely bed linen and towels. great festive decorations.
Negative: TV. In room did not work. As our plane was delayed the kitchen was closed and we were not able to get anything to eat. The TV Chanel which was viewing in the bar was rather unacceptable. I should have complained but was too tired and hungry. Quality of Breakfast juice poor.
Summary: Enjoyed our overnight just a few small niggles.
