Summary: 1. The house is cute and tidy but reeks so badly of old cigarette smoke my husband couldn't sleep. 2. The paddleboat had broken glass in it, on which my son cut his foot. 3. The next-door neighbors had a 30 minute screaming brawl involving about 5 people where the cops were called (by another member of their family). There is no fence between the yards, so we had to take our dinner back inside. 4. Our arrival time was delayed by Vacasa (3rd party property management firm) from 4pm to 6:30pm due to the cleaners being unavailable and then the cleaners were still there when we arrived and stayed until 8pm. 5. The cleaners left us to do a load of the previous tenants' linen laundry. 6. The dock is broken in many places with part of it being underwater. You can see the broken supports beneath it. Because of this, the end of the dock sticks up about 5'out of the water. You can't sit anywhere on the dock because it isn't level in any one place.
