Authentic mountain getaway! Perfect for families, girls' trip, or couple's getaway. Come enjoy this cozy mountain retreat, complete with wood burning stove and open loft. New hosts have replaced carpets and beds.
Located just off Highway 12 (Scenic Highway) in the beautiful town of Cuchara. 3 miles South of town. Winter activities include sledding and snow shoeing at the old Cuchara Mountain ski area. Near Dykes trail, Blue/Bear Lakes. 2 Pet maximum. Winter winds can be expected at times.
The space
Full kitchen ready for you to prepare your own meals if desired. Main floor has a King bed in bedroom number one, bunk beds for kids in bedroom number two. Dining area and living room open to kitchen for all to enjoy. Loft overlooking the living area and has two full size beds. Lower lever has a sitting area to enjoy coffee, bedroom with Queen size bed, bathroom with jacuzzi tub and washer/dryer. Walkout basement is bonus for entry and exit. All bedding is changed with every guest including quilt, blankets and sheets. Clean and sanitized.
