Positive: Breakfast was excellent. Great selection on the menu and buffet style format. Amenities were excellent. Very clean hot spring available to hotel guests. Built-in hot spring bath in our room. Staff was attentive in transporting our luggage. Bilingual and were able to communicate in English. They were very accomodating when we accidentally left our do not disturb light on and able to give us a fresh set of towels.

Negative: I think the price point does lean on the more expensive side for a room per night but it is a higher end hotel. But other than that everything else was great.

Summary: Great stay for a higher end hotel in Beitou.
