Positive: We liked the space. The bedrooms were a good size. There were 2 baths and a decent sized common area. We were a group of 4. The house was good for that size. There was a nice pool, beach and petting zoo and even a riding stable (though reservations are hard to get if you're not a home owner.) The water activities at the beach are only available on weekends.
Negative: The renters previous to us brought a dog so there was dog hair in the common area. I contacted the owner to ask for the cleaning staff to return and the owner was responsive. Honestly I think the cleaning staff needs to be improved. The house could have been cleaned better. Additionally there were 2 half rolls of paper towels, 2 half rolls of toilet paper and one full roll. Again I think the cleaning staff could have done better with providing the paper products.
