This house is our family getaway, which has become very close to our hearts. We wish to share our home with you and hope you treat it as though it is yours. The home has brought us many great memories and we hope it does the same for you!
Sitting up on a sand dune, just off Lake Shore Dr. This home offers spectacular views of Lake Michigan from every floor and balcony. It's a quick walk to Sheridan Beach making this home is the ideal location for your Family Beach vacation.
Now....about the space:
There are many things to love about this house , but what makes this home different and gives it that "wow" factor are the Breath-taking views of Lake Michigan from every floor and balcony.
What also makes this home special, is that it's one of the only properties in the area that is secluded. There are no other homes within a stones throw.
This means, no neighbors, no cars, no speeding golf carts, no parties, no noise. Just the peace and quiet of the natural wooded area. it's not uncommon to see Deer walk through the property.
To get to the Beach, there is a public path through the woods that will
take you straight down to Lake Shore. From there, you are 1 block from Lake Michigan. it's a 8 minutes walk ( no lie, we timed it )
BREAKDOWN OF THE BED, BATHS, & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Top Floor - Master w/King Bed and Private Master Bath, Guest Room with Queen and another Guest Room with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed which both share a full bath. The Guest room and Master both have a beautiful view of the lake but if staying in the master, you will have your own private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and watching the boats go by.
Main Floor - Kitchen, Dining, Living Room, 4 Season Room with views of the water, Balcony with views of the water, Powder Room, Small Bedroom with Queen Bed, Laundry Room and a large balcony off the bedroom for relaxing with ultimate privacy.
Basement Level offers a large area with a dual twin Daybed, Queen Bed and a couch that turns into a sleeping area for 1-2 people. Also a Full Bath in the Basement.

There are 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 8 adults or 10 total with kids. There are 2 king master en-suites (one is on the main floor), 1 king bedroom, a kids room with full over full bunk bed and twin pullout trundle underneath.
★ KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker.
★ LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron
★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the trash container in front of home. We do have regularly scheduled trash pick ups once a week
★ SECURITY:
Located on a private road, near the end of a Cul-de-sac

If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

★ POTENTIAL - Extra Cleaning Fee:
2 days prior to your check out date, we will send you an email with a "check-out check list." This is to assist you in preparing the home for your departure. Due to our home having been previously left in extremely poor and dirty condition, our cleaners will charge us another $200 to have it properly cleaned and prepared for our next guests. So if your party is the type that just comes in and leaves without doing anything - then Costa del Sol is simply not for your group. Please understand, this is "our" home and we except you to treat it as if it were "your" home during your stay. We are sharing this experience with you and your group, and expect that you take care of our home. So, if the home is left in complete disarray, such that our cleaners charge us another $250 to clean. Then this extra charge will be passed on to your party and will be taken from your deposit.
So please, clean up after yourselves and remember... you are responsible for your entire group and lastly - Please, please supervise your children.
