Positive: If you are looking for a perfect location directly next door to bus and train station, this is it. My family of six people (2 parents and 4 children aged 16-22), did not have very far to walk huh 6 large suitcases from the bus station, and we were ever so grateful for that. Anna could not have been more welcoming with her big smile and sunny disposition plus her Whatsapp messages to help guide us around. We were blown away when Anna showed us our rooms. We had two connected apartments with a total of four large bedrooms + 3 bathrooms. Each room had a large double bed -- one room had a single bed added to it. We had more than enough room for 6 people -- my kids each had a bed to themselves (first time our entire trip this happened). Location is SUPERB!!! Just walk out front door and you have access to the best restaurants, stores, markets, etc...not to mention the most superb view of Lake Como. I would highly recommend The Convo Lake Como and I would stay here again and again. It's simply fantastic.
Negative: There is nothing we did not like.
