Positive: Ease of entry, ideal location, quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, 10 minutes away from shopping and family we were there to visit. There's a pool for the kids to enjoy frolicking in the water, fully equipped kitchen with a few great amenities provided. Several TV's so everyone can indulge-minimized opportunities to bicker, fully equipped laundry, plenty of space, bathroom (s) and beds were large, couches were comfortable and all in all it was affordable and a great place to stay.
Negative: Door lock appeared to be missing the cover on the inside, no additional trash bags available, just the ones in the bins, the no toiletries available (the rack was there for the soap, shampoo and conditioner like they have in boutique hotel showers but no bottles, fyi sample sizes would have sufficed), broken (hand held) shower head in one of the bathrooms, no closet access in one of the bedrooms, high touch surfaces/areas underneath furniture could use a little more attention when cleaning. Also would have liked to have access to a pool net (skimmer) to take out debris since the pool is cleaned weekly and despite it being cleaned the day before we arrived there was debris floating on the surface.
