The Bons Amis Suite means “The Good Friends Suite” in French. It has been lovingly furnished, decorated, and named in honor of owners Kati and Keith Hebert’s dear friends, Thierry and Sandrine and their family, who live in Tours, France. Thierry and Sandrine owned the first Airbnb that Kati and Keith ever stayed in! This suite is a comfortably elegant and serene private apartment on the upper level of this renovated two-story Victorian home.
The Bons Amis Suite is located on the second floor of the house and is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Note: this is a multi-unit building, not a single family home. There are 4 other beautifully renovated Airbnb units, plus a full time tenant in our lovely basement apartment. All guests will be asked to respect the space and be courteous of others by adhering to quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
LIVING ROOM: queen sleeper sofa, rolling smart TV, dining space for 2
KITCHEN: stove, fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric tea kettle, french press, coffee maker (traditional drip), Keurig
BEDROOM: queen bed, nightstand with bedside lamp, vanity with mirror
BATHROOM: Single vanity, toilet, tub/shower combo, toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion)
SHARED AMENITIES: EV charger, laundry room with washer and dryer
Other things to note:
- For the safety, the property has 2 Ring security cameras capturing video/audio of the front door entrance and back parking area.
- This suite is located on the 2nd floor; only accessible by staircase.
- Each guest is provided with 1 parking pass that gives them access to park on the street. Note that parking directly in front of the house is not reserved and you may find that you need to park a few houses farther down. We also have a small parking lot behind the house with very limited spaces.Lost parking passes will result in a$50 fine.
- NOT pet-friendly. $100 fine applies plus damages.
