This condo is privately owned and located on the 12th floor of the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center.

We do not have re-opening dates for pool deck, or indoor pool area. We are hopeful that it will be sometime in the near future.
Parking : Resort allows one car per condo.
Parking pass is located inside the condo and must be returned to condo at end of stay.
