Summary: First, the location is absolutely perfect. This stretch of 30A is less crowded than others we've stayed in previously. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, the walk to the beach was easy (even with three children). The private pool was clean and a nice size. The host was easy to reach when I had questions, and always very prompt in replying. We loved the front porch and the spacious living area. The kitchen was pretty well stocked as far as dishes/cooking utensils go. We did have to purchase bowls for cereal/ice cream because I couldn't find that size bowl in the cabinets. The property felt like it could use a little TLC - small things like leaky faucets, squeaky beds, a makeshift lock on a door. We weren't able to use most of the bedroom dresser drawers because the owners had personal items stored there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
