Welcome to Casa Stella Farmhouse! We are situated on the beautiful Umbrian countryside just 20 minutes. from the unique medieval town of Orvieto. Umbria, also called Italia's "Green Heart" - Umbria offers balm for body and soul, culture, slowfood and very good wines. We are only 1.5 hours from Rome and surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, a rolling countryside, famous Cantina ‘s and there are short distances to attractions "Etruscan kingdom" in Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio (Rome).
Casa Stella is a restored farmhouse with Norwegian hosts. The farmhouse is 250 years old and restored in ancient Umbrian style.
We have 2 fresh apartments for rent that were ready built summer 2016. Each apartment is 50 m2 and is located next to the main house where we are available and ensuring that our guests get what they need!
The apartments consist of open kitchen solution / lounge / dining area, 2 bedrooms, one w / double bed and the possibility of inserting extra bed, private bathroom and a bedroom to which has a good and large sofa bed for 2 pers. Each apartment can accommodate 5 people, with an extra bed.
Towels and linens provided apartments, but bath towels must be brought.
THE PRICE IN THE CALENDER IS PER NIGHT AND PER APARTMENT. IN HIGHSEASON, JULY AND AUGUST THE PRICE PER WEEK PER APARTMENT IS € 950,- including electricity, parking, pool and cleaning.
Both apartments have a private patio with outdoor furniture, and is separated. We can provide an outdoor barbecue . The apartments are based on "self catering", but we can assist with welcome packets and simple lunch by appointment.
The swimming pool is 6 x12m large with sunbeds, umbrellas and outdoor shower.
Casa Stella guesthouse located on the beautiful Umbrian countryside at lake Corbara surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, 8 km from the beautiful medieval city of Orvieto. Our nearest neighbors are farmers, so it would be natural sounds that come with farming and animal husbandry, but not annoying.
It is about 35 min to the nearest beach, thats Lake Bolsena which is one of Italy's most beautiful and cleanest lakes. (Originally an old volcano crater) The small town of Bolsena is also lovely to visit and has many good restaurants. The same applies to Orvieto or our neighbor; - vineyard Castello di Corbara, which has a good restaurant with good homemade Italian food 5 min. from us and a very good Trattoria Corno Rosso, with great pizza just 10 minutes away.
