Summary: Conveniently located next to Baixa-Chiado metro. Lots of eateries close by. Rossio square is a five minute walk. Staff were friendly and approachable. On Friday, the staff offered small cups of port wine which was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and towels were changed daily. Rooms and bathroom were compact as is usually the case with many European hotels. Lifts were working.
