2 well-separated bedrooms (1 w/king & 1 w/queen bed) & remodeled baths (1 walk-in shower & 1 tub/shower combo) en-suite, each with their own TV. Off the large living room with gas fireplace and a Roku tv, you'll have the availability of an office space with a half bath! Just drive into the 2-car garage with lots of storage and directly access the recently remodeled granite kitchen with gas stove and lots of cooking accoutrements. Two patios serve for your eating and lounging pleasure; off the dining area you'll find your Weber BBQ directly connected to natural gas (no propane tanks to handle!). The west-facing entry patio is great for catching the rays & golden glow on the mountains. You're situated mid-way between 2 of the 7 pools--both of these have spas as well. This complex also has tennis and pickle-ball courts and it's a quick walk or bike ride (2 are available in the garage, but do check them out in the driveway for your own safety first) to the Rim Rock Shopping Center & hiking trail. Conveniently located near bus lines, restaurants and the airport--this is a great home away from home! And...NO STEPS!!

Summary: This condo was in a great location, central to many fun activities. I really enjoyed how clean and quiet the development was.
