The 2 bedroom apartment is located in a secure building complex that is easy to experience and explore. Double Bay is a magnificent harbour-side suburb located east of Sydney. It is known for its beautifully curated streetscapes, fine shopping boutiques and salons, emerging dining and bar, pristine harbour front beaches and waterfront parks. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay, with clean and comfy bed linens and towels provided.
- Newly furnished kitchen with microwave, full size fridge, electric cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances such as kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine (pods). For sure you will feel right at home!
- Essentials in the kitchen (coffee, sugar, tea, pepper, oil, utensils and cookware) and other necessities such as basic cleaning materials, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, bath mat, hand iron and hair dyer provided.

You'll have access to the entire apartment with private balcony and secure car park space. Clean towels, and fresh, comfortable bed linen is all supplied for your stay. Feel free to prepare meals in your fully equipped kitchen - a private parking space within the complex building. Also, street parking and public car space is available in the area; some are free and some are metered for 1 or 2 hours. Please be mindful of where to park to avoid fines.
Students and working traveller are welcome. We have everything you need to get started while getting established here for work, study or holidays.

- For late check out, we require you to at least inform us 48 hours before your check out date so we can check if there are any prior booking on the same day, also the availability of the cleaning company that we use. The fee we have for early check-in and late check out varies between weekday & weekend rate from $50 - $100.
We UNFORTUNATELY don't have a bag storage option at this property. Please do not leave bags later than 10 am, as we use an external cleaning company. Also, the property building management have strict rule on removing items or anything that are left unattended in the common area.

- For extended stays over two weeks, we require a compulsory cleaning of $80 periodic cleaning fee and change linens for $20 every two weeks to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment.
STRICT HOUSE RULES: We have strict rules on NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC, and anything that might disturb the neighbours. This is a residential building, so it's very important that when staying, you respect and show consideration to your neighbours and the communal areas of the building.
1. Please do not book our property if you plan to stay up late and be noisy.
2. Please do not smoke!!!
- Breaking this rule will incur a $300 fine plus the cost to clean and deodorise the property.
3. Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially from 10 pm to 7 am.
- No partied are permitted at any time. No unregistered guests are allowed, any extra guest visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out from our rates. It is the responsibility of the guest who made the booking to ensure that any visitor/s complies with our house rules.
*** This is a residential building. If we get a complaint from the neighbours, you will be asked to vacate immediately and your full bond will not be refunded.
4. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed, any breach can lead to an extra cleaning fee.
5. $280 fine for lost keys.
6. We welcome children of all ages. Please take into consideration the balconies, lifts, fire exit stairs for the safety of your children before booking. Supervision is the responsibiliy of the parents and/or guardians.
Maintenance:
- The building maintenance has annual pest spray, and we are not responsible for pests that sometimes escape into the apartment. We still ensure that we will provide a clean and hygienic environment as much as possible to provide you with a comfortable and peaceful stay.
- We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues. If anything occurs during your stay please let us know such as light globe replacement that may take 1 - 2 business days, whereas if it is urgent plumbing or other issues we will send someone asap.
We understand that items can be misplaced at times, and if you believe you have left some things behind please notify us so we can check with our cleaning company or from our team. Any items found can be send through post at your nominated address. However, please note that the corresponding fees involved for returning your items including postage fee and $30 handling fee will be charged from your account. Any items unclaimed within 30 days will be discarded.
We provide complimentary internet. (Please note we do not take responsibility for any internet outage that is out of our control).
