Summary: The hotel is excellent and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. They made it a joy to stay there. The rooms are spacious, well kitted out, regular cleaning and private pool maintained daily. Few if any complaints. Some parts of the stone fabric look like it needs replacing or cleaning but it’s highly functional. The views from the pool bar area are v pleasing and the New Year party excellent. The commute from the airport is tortuous but our hotel driver did his best to make up for it but 3-4 hours for a 40km journey is almost as long as the flight from Perth. This is not an issue if you are staying a week or more. And the staff make up for it with their welcome 🙏
