Summary: Even though it seems like "just a trailer", this place was awesome! There was a ton of room for all four of us supposedly "grown men", the AC worked great (never thought we'd need it at the end of September). The kitchen was fully stocked (pots and pans, etc.), there was even a crock pot, which was nice because the guy that was supposed to bring ours forgot it.... And the back porch is a very nice place to enjoy a family dinner. This is situated just down the hill from the Deersville General Store, so there's easy shopping in walking distance. The only negative thing I'd say about the property is that the driveway is pretty steep, and washed out. However, the guys were able to back the boats in well enough....
