Four bedroom, three full bath 2700 sq foot home with expansive north & west yards including spa, stream with 3 waterfalls, koi pond & pool. Ramada with cable TV, gas BBQ, couch & chairs facing pool in addition to kitchen patio & norh patio facing mountains & oversized spa. Rest in the hammock under the giant saguaro & mesquite trees.
Formal dining room with chandelier seats eight & looks out on the Rincon mountains.
Living room with gas fireplace faces east & north and flows into a family room with a flat screen TV & wrap around reclining leather sectional and oversized reclining chair. Norh hallway leads off the family room to one queen bedroom which looks out on koi pond and one California king bedroom with ample desk space. Adjacent to these bedrooms is a double sink full bathroom with an outside door that accesses the spa and north patio.
The oversized kitchen includes a corianne double sink, double door fridge freezer next to a built in microwave oven & oven. Large kitchen island has two barstools & cooktop. Kitchen breakfast nook seats six & overlooks patio & pool area. Sliding glass doors lead out to the pool area. Laundry room & pantry is located off kitchen with pocket door closure.
Queen bedroom with adjacent pedestal sink full bath is just to the left of the front entry.
Hallway to the 3 car garage leads to the Master bedroom with a California king bed & large screen TV and double sink separate tub & shower bathroom and a walk in closet.
