Positive: Location- convenient to the town area .. Staff were very friendly creating a nice warm atmosphere .

Negative: The scaffolding at the front entrance caused havoc on the rainy day I left as this meant our transport had to park in the car park and had to run in the rain with some of my luggage,

Summary: Thank you for comfortable stay.
