Positive: This property is BEAUTIFUL! Beach front like most of Tankah. The rooms and decor was amazing. The keyless entry is very useful.
Negative: We arrived and assumed we had a clean bed. Unfortunately the beds still had the previous owners stains, hair and etc. I'd like to note that the managing person we contacted did refund us the cleaning fee which was very kind of them. Unfortunately, we would have preferred a clean bed. A few of the cabinets doors and light switch cover were falling off. The lights kept going off and at one time the entire place was in pitch black. The young boy on site didn't speak english but he tried his best. THE BIGGEST ISSUE was a neighbor to the right of the building. For the Last two nights of our stay, they partied and talked (over 30 people) from 7pm until 4am (day 1), from 7am until 3am (day 2). After the first night we asked if they'd keep the noise down as we couldn't sleep through out the night due to the noise. He told us to take it up with the property manager and get ready as it was bound to get louder and this is his private property and called me Mutherfu**er... YEP. This was my third stay in the TANKAH BAY AREA and I had never had to deal with noise pollution before. So this was an off experience for me.
Summary: A beautiful property that needs a bit more structure in place, rude and noisy neighbors.
