Positive: The VRBO was very nice and spacious. We had 6 people and it accommodated us perfectly. We weren't stepping over each other. Large living room, dining room, and bedroom on the main level with a full bathroom. Half bath also on the main level and bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Tastefully decorated. The VRBO had batteries available in the "den", which was great, as the smoke alarm in the foyer was chirping on Sunday evening - it was noted, on the smoke alarm, when the batteries had been changed, and the alarm should have been fine - sometimes you get bad batteries. I did message someone about it. There was also a clothes steamer and not an iron. The steamer worked perfectly - Thank you!!
Negative: We arrived on Thursday afternoon and the code on the front door didn't work. We contacted "R" immediately, He reset the code and it still didn't work. We put new batteries in it and it still didn't work. He was to send someone the next day to fix it and that didn't happen. Told him not to send anyone on Saturday, as we wouldn't be around. The door code for the front door NEVER worked, (we left Monday morning). On Saturday evening the door code on the back door quit working!!!!!! VERY FRUSTRATING when you walk home from a wedding and can't get in the door. Luckily the door to the downstairs bedroom was unlocked. We got a new code to the back door that worked a little while. It quit working Sunday evening, I again reached out, I and I received a message to reach out to the property manager; I thought that's what I was doing. Got another code which worked when we left Monday a.m.
Summary: The door codes were a fiasco!! other than that things were good.
