Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Perfectly located on a hill top with a fantastic view over the forest and hills with lots of birds, including parrots. The Sitio has all the comforts we could wish for and has lots of different places to sit on the huge veranda. The owner Daniel is very nice and a perfect host ready to arrange anything including somebody to cook at the location. The BBQ area is perfect having its own fridge and cupboards, the sleeping rooms are large and with good showers. We became good friends with the dogs of the neighbours and they visited us every day and enjoyed walking with us.
Negative: The few last kilometres is a dirt road and possibly without mobile network coverage. The annex building is close to the neighbour which also is a large Sitio for rental, our kids had no problems sleeping there but it was a bit noisy with a party on that day. First contact was via the intermediate Carpediem which had its own site with a (complicated) registration procedure, but we found it much more practical to communicate directly with Daniel and we could skip the registration requesting CPF and other guest details.
Summary: Perfect country-side location with all comforts and in the hills just outside Belo Horizonte
