Beautiful kitchen with new countertops, new tile floor and new lighting. Great location from the Hoover Met (7 mins), Oak Mountain State Park (6.2 miles), shopping and lots of restaurants. Easy to find right off I65 and I459. Downtown Birmingham 12 mins away, Riverchase Galleria 1.2 miles away, walking distance to Shipley Donuts, Golden Corral, Argie BQ and many others. Within walking distance is Georgetown Lake, very rustic and relaxing with beautiful tall trees. The lake has water fountain , gazebo, playground, and trails that allow you to walk around the lake. This condo is on the ground floor of a two story condo with keyless entry.
