Summary:
Welcome to Surf Station 3 built right on the Texas Ave beach access, which is one of the most popular surfing spots on the island! This ground level 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment was renovated in 2021 and is surprisingly spacious! Step out your front door or back patio and you're less than 30 steps before your toes hit the sand! There is an outdoor shower too! Super convenient to all things Carolina Beach- restaurants and shopping, fishing, surfing, hiking at the CB State Park and more!
The Space:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

Summary: The communication prior to arrival, arrival, and during was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve had. We ran into a small issue with the original property we booked and within minutes the property management team moved us to another property. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The cleanliness was a 10, communication a 10, access to beach and amenities a 10. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking with them again very soon.
