Sunshine Haus is close to downtown, yet it sits on a private 2.5 acre tract with a large pool and hot tub. If you prefer to stay inside, the house has 3000+ square feet, two wood burning fireplaces, a kitchen to die for, and televisions, toys and games for the kids.
