Condo w/ gorgeous sunset view! Stylish and fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, vaulted ceiling makes the space feel spacious & open, plush comfy queen mattresses, clean & soft linens, 2 free parking. Central location with easy highway access to downtown Gaslamp, Little Italy, the beaches, and attractions like SeaWorld. When you are not exploring, relax at the pool & jacuzzi, stream a show or movie or get work done at home with High-Speed Wifi. We take sanitation & cleanliness seriously by following AirBnB and CDC guidelines.
The space -
Cozy, warm, and inviting. Modern yet comfortable. A bit of farmhouse meets french modern.
There is a constant breeze in this unit to stay cool; but AC and ceiling fans are here for those who likes to keep it real cool ;) Bedrooms have blinds that can let in lots of light in during the day and blackout curtains for a restful sleep at night.
The 3rd bedrooms can be designed to fit your needs - an office, a baby's room, or another bedroom.

- Safe with police station next to the complex. They don't sound siren or bring people in at that location. It's an office.
The Location -
Perched above Mission Valley, San Diego, the quaint neighborhood of Serra Mesa is centrally located and mins away from San Diego attractions. It's about 20-30 min drive to the beautiful North County, like Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, and Carlsbad.
This is a quite neighborhood with mostly owners living in the community. Yet, it's also close to actions. Just 5 minutes away, you can grab a tasty bite or snack from the famous Convoy St. restaurants, tea houses and coffee shops. For activities and entertainment, there are 2 beautiful parks within walking distance, a golf+batting cage club a couple of minutes away, AMC movie theaters in Mission or Fashion Valley Mall 5 mins away, or try out the Indoor Sky Diving in Mission Valley.
If you enjoy the outdoors, there are dozens of hiking trails nearby. I can provide recommendations based on your preference. Of course, if hitting the beach and catching some ray is more your style, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, and Ocean Beach are all 20 mins away.
Getting around:
Easy access to highways I-15, I-8, I-805, and I-163 - less than 5 mins.

Summary: I really enjoyed this cute condo my family and I stayed at for one month. I loved specially the location, we were about 10 minutes away from Balboa Park, Sea World, Fashion Valley Mall, University Heights, (the super fun for kids) Linda Vista Skate Park, the location was perfect. You have Vons, Target, Wal-Mart, less than 5 minutes away, freeway access is very convenient. The condo itself has a very roomy layout. The 3 bedrooms were a perfect fit, there was one room with 2 twin beds for my boys,, another room w a queen bed for my teenage daughter,, and the master bedroom for my husband and I. My favorite room was the living room with a pretty good size couch very comfy yet firm and extremely clean. Not to mention you have a nice sunset view from the balcony and you can see the police station from all windows in the condo, yep they are right next door! My kids spent many days in the pool, the pool is never overcrowded and neighbors are pretty friendly, my kids sure made a few new friends. The 2 parking spots were convenient for both my husband's work truck and the family car. Yenni the owner was very easy to get a hold of for any concerns I had. She even made a few recommendations of restaurants to try. My favorite Casa Machado at the airport, 3 minutes away at the most! Ate here at least 3 times per week. Yenni made check in easy with very clear instructions as well as check out. My first time renting from VRBO, I was extremely satisfied. Thank you so much Yenni for hosting us this summer. - Kathy
