Positive: staff were nice, the room was nice, comfortable and clean
Negative: I booked this hotel for two nights, expecting a nice swimming pool and a proper breakfast, as advertised. However, I was very disappointed. The pool was tiny - much smaller than I had imagined. In hindsight, I should have paid more attention to the photos before booking. The biggest letdown was the so-called "included breakfast." When I went to the kitchen, there was nothing prepared. After calling the owners, they told me everything was in the fridge and that I could help myself. This was not what I expected from a place that advertises breakfast as part of the stay. Overall, the misleading description on Booking.com was very disappointing. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I had known what to expect. Due to these issues, I decided to cut my stay short and booked another hotel for the second night. I requested a refund for the unused night, but unfortunately, I wasn’t given one. It’s a shame because their misleading description caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
