Sunset Grove Cottage on Lake Traverse is ready to rent! Brand-new 2-bedroom, all-season house on large private lot with extra room for your RV or tenting friends.
Sunset Grove has its own private concrete boat launch and private dock.Traverse is one of the best walleye lakes in MN!
Two bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed. Additional sleeping space is available on a sofa and futon in the living room. The house can accommodate six guests total.
House includes washer and dryer, private boat ramp, and lots of outdoor space to enjoy!
Small additional charge for RVs and/or tents requiring electrical or septic hookup. Located 3.5 miles north of Browns Valley, MN.
Enjoy the spacious yard, which has plenty of room for your boats and water toys. Camping space with RV hookup(s) is available for a small additional fee.
The neighborhood is made up of other folks who enjoy lake living! There is a mix of privately-owned homes and vacation properties.
