Positive: The accomodation itself was STUNNING. The rooms were spotless, couldn't have asked for more. Bathrooms really big and clean. Kitchen was well equipt with everything you could need (except a corkscrew bottle opener!). Sea views were amazing. The accomodation really had a wow factor Decent about of bars and restarants nearby, and a supermarket with all the essentials. Beach was much quieter down our end, no trouble finding space
Negative: The biggest con was the gentleman who "looks after the pool area". He is militant and will bully guests. Constantly asking to see wristbands - despite the fact we showed them when we entered the area and we haven't been out and come back. He constantly changes rules. One day you must not eat and drink at all, the next day you can. He ignores his own rules as he is constantly vaping, despite there being a no smoking rule. It really put a dampner on an otherwise great location. The office for key collection is about a 17 minute walk from property. Not ideal but not terrible. Can be really hot in Benidorm and makes it difficult if you have large cases. It would be amazing if someone from office could come and meet you closer to apartment. No flexibility for check in or an option to drop bags somewhere. We couldn't check in until 4pm, but arrived ib Benidorm at 12pm. About 45 min walk to centre. It is doable and bars along the way.
