Positive: The exterior, closeness to the beach, very welcoming, friendly and helpful reception staff, very clean and beautiful facilities, quiet as well, surrounded by nice restaurants and shops Great breakfast
Negative: Seems like you have to pay for all the basic stuff: no shower gel or shampoo (only soap), no small hand towel, no water, no safe - all is available there but you have to pay extra The big towels are worn out and with stains The restaurant staff could be more attentive and diligent around their work: me and my family always came first for breakfast but were always served later than others. While putting the plates on the tables, personnel “cleaned” them along the way with their bare hands, after seeing this we always cleaned the cutlery with the tissues before using.
