Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom end unit with plenty of windows and gorgeous views. Right on the Bay with views of both the gulf and ocean/beach from the unit. Located next to Marina (boat rentals available), boat slips available in front of unit.
One minute walk to Turtle Beach. Crescent Beach and Siesta Beach a short walk away. Gorgeous sunrises out of one side of the condo, beautiful sunsets out of the other side. Restaurants and shops nearby. 15 minutes to downtown Sarasota.
Immaculately maintained property includes two pools and WESCO grade tennis courts.

Summary: Wonderful vacation! Very spacious condo that will comfortably sleep 6. Although there in no lanai or balcony, the living room has an entire wall (floor to ceiling) of sliding glass doors which provide a great breeze and sunrise over Little Sarasota Bay. In the evening you can walk 5 minutes across the street to Turtle Beach for fantastic sunsets! I swam in the large pool, the temperature was perfect with plenty of lounge chairs. The southern most stop for the free trolley is directly across the street and will take you up to the village and anywhere in between. This is a great feature which I used frequently to go to Siesta Key Beach. Next to the condo complex is Turtle Restaurant. They have indoor and outdoor seating on the bay and the food is very good. There are 2 other restaurants within walking distance Turtle Bar and Grill and Ophelias. I would highly recommend this condo!
