5 Bedroom House with Barbecue, Pool and Private Pool

It's the best of both worlds at this beautiful vacation rental! Stunning heated pool and hot tub located just one mile from the shores of Lake Michigan with three floors of living space with room for 15 guests. Located on the northside of Holland along bike paths that lead directly to Tunnel Park, this home has been recently designed. Main floor offers two separate bedrooms with king beds, full bath and a living/dining area with a large farmhouse table. The upper floor boasts a large bedroom with two queens, a full bath, and a great loft area for kids with three twin bed daybeds and tv area. The lower level has a bunk room for four, a ping pong table, living area, full bath and direct access to beautifully designed pool/hot tub and patio area with stainless grill.
Please note that the pool is heated to 78 degrees.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
