This location is a prime spot for beach hopping; Cockle Cove, Hardings Beach, Forest Beach, Ridgevale Beach, and Red River Beach are all under 10 minutes from the home, so you’ll never run out of spots to relax in the sun. Access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path is right next to the home, and just a minute or two ride will bring you to Short and Sweet for some delicious ice cream, no need to find parking. If you’re seeking something more substantial, Mom & Pops Burgers, an amazing lunch & dinner option is just down the street as well. Visit downtown Chatham, or Harwich Port, both nearby for all your shopping and activities.
Entering the home, you’ll find a sun-drenched living area/dining area separated by stairs leading to the second floor.
