Our residence has been through a complete renovation and is ready to welcome our guest. The property is centrally located in Greater Palm Springs close to activities, restaurants and major event venues. The property is only 5 units and quite charming. The owners live within very close proximity of the residence. We are able to rent the property for 30 days or more due to county restrictions. You'll want to stay longer!

Summary: The property was as advertised and then some. When walking inside it felt quite like a model home, was clean and crisp and very welcoming with great amenities including a dessert plate. Making for a long drive to arrive all the more relaxing and hospitable. Katrina and Rob were very quick to respond to any questions or need for assistance. I appreciated knowing that they were a brief response away even just for information about the area. I would definitely rent from them again but also I have happily given friends that may come down the thumbs up to consider them.
