Summersweet Dreams promises a dream vacation for anyone who loves the entire Watercolor experience, but without the steady bustle of the busier Watercolor Streets. Located in the newer Dragonfly neighborhood, Summersweet Dreams provides a quieter pace to life, free from street frontage, plenty of privacy while still capturing all the charm of quaint neighborhood living.
The comfortable Cottage style home sleeps up to 10. Four bedrooms each with a full bath, plus one half bath. There are two King suites, one on the ground floor, a Queen bedroom with a pull-out trundle, and a completely renovated bunk room for kids or young adults. The Kitchen is open to the dining and living areas for relaxed, convenient entertaining.
Located at 115 Summersweet Lane, Summersweet Dreams is one of very few houses in the neighborhood with two screened porches, one facing Dragonfly Park in the front. The other overlooking a vast open green space directly to the side, a perfect place for parents to relax under the breeze of a fan while the kids can romp well within view.
The large and lovely Dragonfly Pool is only steps across a boardwalk bridge at your front door and features cabanas, a grill for entertaining, an outdoor fireplace seating area, and convenient, new bathroom facilities. It is a heated pool which makes for year-round fun, just beyond your front door.
Amenity cards, provided with your rental package during prime season*, allow access to the spectacular and fully re-vamped Watercolor beach Club with its three level tier of sparkling swimming pools overlooking the ocean, its enormous open-air bars, comfy cabanas, and full service outdoor dining. The amenity cards also grant entry to the other Watercolor pools and the tennis club, staffed by friendly, highly skilled tennis pros. Bring your racquet and sign up for a private lesson or one of the group clinics offered daily at a nominal fee.
Summersweet Dreams is within walking distance or even a short bike ride from the popular Watercolor Crossings shopping area and its popular restaurants and boutiques. Bicycles are provided with your rental.
