2 Bedroom House with Kitchen, Air Conditioner and Sports
Summer Beach rentals in Narragansett are in great demand by the annual beach visitors. Please reserve your special week as soon as possible. This house is great summer rental in Scarborough Beach Area - Leave the car in the driveway, the beautiful beach is only a five minute walk. When you get back from the beach, rinse off in the new outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
This 2 bedroom unit is part of a duplex. It has one bathroom, a nicely appointed kitchen and great up to date furnishings. New central air condition system installed in 2020. The rental has an outdoor deck and gas grill. It has cable and high speed Internet access. The 2 Bedroom side DOES NOT have a washer or dryer but the 3 bedroom side does.
We personally clean the entire house from top to bottom each May and between each vacationer during the summer. Many repeat vacationers bring their extended family and rent both sides.
Don't forget the family pet - they are welcome with some minor conditions. If you meet these conditions, there is a pet fee of $100 per pet per week. The pet fee of $100 is considerably cheaper than boarding your family pet.
We have had a very positive experience renting our house to family's with pets. Usually, when we go into the house to clean, we can not tell if there was a pet in the house. I usually have to check my records. We look forward to offering this option to summer vacationers another year.
