Positive: The apartment is okay, you have pretty much all the basic things like a stove, microwave, washing machine. The host is nice and helpful.
Negative: There were lots of small cockroaches (and a couple of big ones). When you turn off the light at night and then in some time turn it on again - you see they are conquering a kitchen. Also very small ants are there. A parking is outside and it's always busy so you need to park on sand and walk for some time. It's not nice to leave a car exposed to the sun. If you are checking in for a long term the host will make parking in your name, but I was not expected to not have it for a week. Khouloud was helpful to make it but a few days have passed already.
