You will have private access to the entire home with 4 bedrooms & 3 bathroom except for garage, totally 2740 sf, spacious enough for 14people.

2 Single mattresses are available for other 2people.
2 inflatable Airbeds (75in x 39in x 18in) are available for other 2people.
2 inflatable Airbeds inflates with Internal electric pump or optional manual pump.
Your reservation does not include the garage (garage is for owner's boat storage only).

The space
With 2 driveway parking and plentiful free Street parking.
Pulling into the driveway, you will see a lock box on the handle of front door, open the lock box for the entry key by a password which will be sent to you before check in.
Entering the front door, the bedroom1 is just right of the entry and the bedroom key is on the bedroom door. The 3/4 private bathroom sits just outside the bedroom.
The other 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathroom in the 2nd floor:
Go upstairs, the bedroom2 is at the left of the stair, the full private bathroom and laundry room sits just outside the bedroom2. At the right of the stair just pass the family room area is your bedroom3, and the key for bedroom2, Bedroom3 and bathroom on bedroom door, the key for bathroom is same as the key for bedroom.
The bedroom4 is Master bedroom with en suite Bath & walk-in closet.
Downstairs the open concept living area/kitchen features a high end Couch and Loveseat, a round dining table for 6, a square dining table for 4, gas fireplace and a center island kitchen counter with 2 bar stools. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, oven and microwave.
There is an outdoor of the living area to the yard
In the 2nd level there is a family room (loft) with JBL surrounding sound system and TV for your entertainment.

Check In:

The wifi is HONGLIZHU65, password will automatically sent to you before check in.
Check out:
Leave the key for your bedroom on each bedroom door. Lock the front door, put back the entry key in lockbox, close the lockbox and change the lockbox number randomly.

* No Pets (dog, cat) except to get permitted by the owner
Additional Rules
* We prefer that book the place through VRBO since there are some complications of the insurance labilities and local tax law.
* Absolutely no drug use in the property.
* Smoke-free property unfortunately, anyone smoke in the property will get $200 penalty. Anyway smoke in back yard is ok.
* No shoes in bedroom and upstairs.
Wearing shoes in shared living room is ok, no shoes in the bedroom and carpet areas to keep it clean for each of our bookings.
* No food and beverage in bedrooms please.
* We provide dishes, cups, pan, folks, knife and silverware etc. for cooking.
* We don't provide rice, oil, salt, sauce and seasoning. Please prepare for yourself if cooking.
* All guests are expected to clean up after themselves & make sure that all the dishes are washed before leaving (we provide dish washing liquid, wipes, etc.) to make it look gorgeous for each of our bookings.
* No food remainders into the sink in Laundry room, food remainders only in food remainders' can in kitchen.
* Only toilet paper into toilet and flush, no any other items into toilet.
*. The candles are for decoration only, please don't use the candles.
* Laundry room use:
-. No shoes in washer and dryer absolutely.
-. After camping / fishing...…the very dirty clothes with mud etc. have to be washed by hand before put in washer to keep it clean for each of our bookings.
-. The Trash Can is gray outside, trash pick up day is Thursday(once a week); the Recycle bin is blue one, pick up day is Thursday (once 2 weeks). Trash can and recycle bin are to be put out in Wednesday evening and taken in before Thursday evening, it's your responsibility to put out and take in the trash can and recycle bin.
* Quiet time: 11:00pm-7:00am. please respect the neighbor's feeling.
