Newly renovated 3 Bd + 2 Bth house with a nice view to the ocean and a large terrace. The perfect blend of style and comfort, with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy Tenerife weather! Located in one of the favorite areas of Costa Adeje - Torvistas Alto, in a very cozy complex - Altos del Roque, quiet and nice swimming pool area. Less than 10 minutes to el Duque & the famous beach! Walking distance to supermarkets, shopping, & dining. The best jumping off point to explore Tenerife, enjoying comfort.
The space
The house and everything it comes with is yours to use during your stay. The is AC's to cool the house if needed. The kitchen and laundry room will be stocked with most anything you may need to prepare a meal or do your laundry. Clean towels and additional beach towels are prepared for you. The home comes with a 50" smart TV with Netflix and other online services to use. We have superfast 300Mpbs WiFi, so streaming movies on multiple devices would not be an issue. Entire home is yours including garage space for up to 2 cars, outdoor patio, front garden and pool area are all yours.
