This stylish 4 bedroom house includes a casita (guest house) in the back. This is a new listing, including new furniture and decor. Includes a private pool and off road parking including 2 car garage. The house sleeps 8 on 2 new king size beds, and a queen size bed, in 3 bedrooms, with a brand new queen sofa sleeper in living room. The studio casita will sleep 4 more, (2 on King Size bed, 2 on queen sofa sleeper) for total of 12.
The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, but only a couple miles from beautiful Lake Havasu, shopping and dining. You will have private pool for your use, which is very nice during all seasons of the year!
The pool is heated, however we don't heat it in summer months from May-Sept, as the ambient temperature in Lake Havasu City keeps the water at a nice temperature. When outdoor temps cool a little, usually Sept - April, we can heat the pool. Due to the increased price of propane, we cannot keep the pool heated all the time. We will heat the pool at guest request, and this will incur a charge to the guest of $125 per 24 hr period of keeping the pool heated. If the guest wants the pool to be heated, they must request this at least 24 hours prior to desired use time, so the heater has time to heat the pool.
