Please note: This house doesn’t have central AC, but stays cool during summer with three window air conditioning units, one for each bedroom and an additional one for the living room.

99% of guests are visiting family, friends, on a work trip, or just exploring town. For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us.
We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule.
Parking

Our driveway fits up to two cars in tandem. Please park in the driveway on the right-hand side of the house. There is also ample street parking on our street!
Entry

The unit is fully accessible via a YALE smart lock at the front door. To enter, press the code we provide in your reservation check-in instructions, and after entering the four digits, press the CHECK to unlock. When leaving, enter that same code and the deadbolt will close. The lock will auto-lock after one minute if you forget to lock.
Extra Sleeping Arrangements

Pullout Couch: Underneath the horizontal seat you will find two fabric handles. Pull them out from under the couch and raise up the extra mattress section from underneath the couch. Remove the couch pillows to make space for two!
Extra Linens: Underneath the chaise section of the couch you will find two bath towels and two hand towels, two pillows, a quilt or comforter, a set of sheets and two pillowcases.
