Located in Sandy Hill Bay Club this one bedroom, one bathroom unit has exceptional views of St. Martin and the surrounding area from the covered porch. Though not large, you lack for nothing, as the kitchen is very well equipped and the cozy living area welcoming and comfortable. The bedroom houses a king size bed, from there you can access the second porch area where there is a BBQ and storage area. Stairs from there lead up to the sundeck, perfect for star gazing. The entire unit is air conditioned but there is also a good breeze.
There is a garage on the lower level where the washer and dryer are located and additional storage. Hurricane shutters have been installed making this condo very easy to lock and leave. There is a very large pool directly in front of the building and Sandy Hill Bay beach is an easy stroll away, lovely for swimming and snorkeling.
