This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is located on one of PEI's most popular golf courses, Glasgow Hills Resort & Golf. The property backs onto 9th hole which offers incredible views of the countryside. Just a 1 minute walk away is Piper's Restaurant and the club house/pro shop. All bookings of 10 consecutive days or more will receive 2 golf passes to Glasgow Hills- valued at approx $260!
The fully equipped and tastefully designed home has luxury amenities for a peaceful retreat away from home. Cook meals in the open concept kitchen with all new appliances. or relax in the living area. Open the doors off of the kitchen to the covered back deck which overlooks the Golf Resort.
All bedrooms are found on the first floor- the primary bedroom has a queen bed and attached ensuite, bedroom 2 with a queen bed, and bedroom 3 with a queen over queen bunk beds (3 people max in this bedroom). The upstairs loft has a wet bar for entertaining, and access to the sundeck. The main floor living room has a pullout sofa for additional sleeping space.
New Glasgow is home of the famous Lobster Suppers where you can have a traditional PEI feast, The Mill for a high class dinner or take out marché, and PEI Preserve Company for a lovely brunch. Just 10 minutes away is Cavendish, 15 minutes is North Rustico and 25 minutes is Charlottetown.
