This stunning Murcia villa is situated within the El Valle Golf Resort and faces south-west, meaning sunshine can be enjoyed all day long and JACUZZI TUB to enjoy the lovely weather in. Accommodation is set on one level, has marble flooring throughout and is furnished to a very high standard. The detached holiday rental has 3 large double bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms, all of which are finished to a luxury standard. This villa is extra special because of its wonderful private pool and south facing views across the mountain. A 10-minute walk away, you will find the 5* clubhouse with a supermarket, gym, pro shop, tennis court and reasonably priced restaurant. Back at the villa, the marble floors, Jacuzzi-bath and walk-in showers guarantee your stay will be most comfortable, while high ceilings and timber shutters ensure that you can choose to stay cool in this Spanish getaway. CCTV on site to allow you that extra piece of comfort which covers the perimeters to the house to the golf course (situated corner of Pagoda and covers across the top of the pagoda and walls and only active when activity around the hedges and walls), and front of the villa (front porch entrance. Left side gate entrance, to cover anyone accessing villa from there which is by the BBQ area. The spacious lounge features triple French doors which open onto the garden and private pool. A 50” flat screen TV/Amazon fire stick (lots of channels) with DVD and Playstation video games which keeps the kids entertained when they’re finished swimming. Creature comforts include Wi-Fi Internet, air-conditioning and central heating. The villa’s kitchen includes everything you could need: a cooker, hob microwave, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and all crockery and cutlery. Iron and board at the villa too.
