Positive: The location is very good. The train station from the airport is a 15 min walk. The pool is lovely. A bit deep if you have small children that can't swim. About 7 foot in the deep end. My 2 children (9 and 12) loved it. The beach is a 12 min walk. Lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants very close. Very convenient. I would recommend this property. The agents are very responsive if you need to contact them about anything. We were a group of 9 and everyone enjoyed their stay.
Negative: Parking outside the property is free, but dedicated parking would have been great. Locks on the bathroom doors are needed. Nothing serious however. Some updating to the property is needed. But it has a lovely homely feel to it. One of the double rooms is not suitable for 2 adults (the bed or the room). Too small.
Summary: Home away from home vibe.
