This stunning, meticulously maintained 3 bedroom home is 30 minutes from Indianapolis Motor Speedway! Less than two miles from Geist Beach (Open to the public), fishing, boat rentals and many great restaurants.
Home features a gourmet kitchen, high end stereo equipment, beautiful screened in porch. Master bathroom is newly rennovated and feels like a spa, with heated floors and a three head enormous shower. This home would be ideal for up to 3 couples. Less than 5 miles from Ruoff Music Center, an "A" list outdoor concert venue. Just a few minutes away from Top Golf, Ikea, Sam's Club and Costco. Less than 5 miles from premium shopping and dining. Recently renovated outdoor brick fire-pit available with free fire wood. There is a grocery store at the closest main intersection about 3 minutes from the house.
Small dogs 20 pounds and under, non-shedding breeds are welcome for a premium as long as they are potty trained.
House Rules:
Must sign supplemental lease agreement and provide copy of government issued photo ID within 72 hrs of booking or be subject to cancellation.
No persons beyond those indicated on reservation may be present on property without prior written permission of owners. Any guests, including day visitors, beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged $350 per person per night.
We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the number of persons on your reservation.
No smoking (vaping, etc.) or pets of any kind permitted on or about property at anytime, including outdoors ($800 cleaning fee applies, plus damages).
Quiet hours 10pm to 8am daily.
Any violation of this or other house rules constitutes grounds for removal from property and forfeiture of all payments and security deposit, plus damages.
